Please bring:
Vegetarian contribution to pot luck lunch
Cushion or bench (chairs provided).
Eating utensils, plate, cup and bowl
Suggested Dana to pay for the space: $5.00
It will deepen your experience of the Intensive to read the attached reflections on the Satipatthana Sutta, prepared by Art Schaefer. He also includes suggested resources for more information. Doing this reading in advance will allow you to start thinking how you would like to incorporate the sutta into your practice during the Intensive month. Art plans to bring Xeroxes of a translation of the Sutta on Saturday.
Please let Arthur know if you have trouble opening the attachments.
If you can only come for the second session on February 4th, you can study the attached readings and use them in your practice in the coming month.
If you would like to bring someone who is not previously registered, you are welcome to do so. And if you have to cancel at the last minute it would be helpful if you would email me at chinlund@maine.rr.com or call 781-8842 .
