Please join us as we begin our study of:

Turning the Wheel of Truth*
by Ajahn Sucitto

The Introduction and Chapter 1

February 11th :  10:00 AM – noon

Cost:  Dāna (generosity/donation)

*Shambala Press, ISBN #978-1-59030-764-9

The ICSM study group participants have decided to alternate reading books and articles related to the fundamental teachings of the Buddha (e.g.,  teachings (suttas) from the Nikaya* and commentaries of these early teachings written by scholars and teachers, past and contemporary) with other books including those from other Buddhist perspectives.

*The Nikaya texts of the Pali Canon form the core
and earliest recorded teachings of the Buddha.
While more contemporary Buddhist literature and
teachings will be included, the focus of the study
will be on these core teachings.

Facilitated by Sally Bowden-Schaible & Karen Luse
